Design

Using the practices from the engineering, this will be put into an organized complete Auto Cad design.  This design will consist drawings of all the high and low voltage circuits along with all of peripherals that may include, programmable logic controllers (PLC), human machine interfaces (HMI), remote IO, VFD’s, Vison systems, Barcode scanners, Label printers, laser markers, Robots, the list goes on. The design will also consist of a BOM (bill of materials) and all of the components needed for the construction.

• Size the control panel required.
• Using Computer Aided software to draw a control system.
• Create the required drawing sheets that will contain the electrical schematic for the control system.
• Create the bill of materials for the control system.
